Yes. Campus contracts are our standard model — one agreement, per-building frequencies and access arrangements, and a single consolidated report with drill-down to each building.
How do you handle bed bugs in student accommodation?
We inspect the reported room plus adjoining rooms, confirm with evidence, and treat using the method suited to the building — chemical, heat or a combination — then re-inspect before the room is re-let. Turnover-week sweeps are available during peak changeover.
Can you work around laboratory restrictions?
Yes. Lab, clean room and animal facility areas run under agreed restricted-product protocols, with methods signed off by the facility manager before any work and monitoring-only approaches used where products are prohibited.
Do you offer after-hours attendance?
